Changes to SIBUR Holding’s shareholding structure

Moscow, 13 April 2021. SIBUR Holding (the “Company”) has been notified that on 2 April 2021 JSC SOGAZ Tower (a subsidiary of SOGAZ JSC) acquired a 100% stake in Trust 2 OOO, which holds a 6.25% stake in the Company. Hence Leonid Mikhelson’s effective holding in SIBUR went down to 36%. The transaction does not give rise to any breaches of covenants or other restrictions by SIBUR Holding or among the Company’s shareholders. Leonid Mikhelson is still the Company’s major shareholder and chairs its Board of Directors.

As a result of the above transaction, the current beneficial ownership structure of PJSC SIBUR Holding is as follows:

Leonid Mikhelson – 36%

Gennady Timchenko – 17.0%

Current and former managers of PJSC SIBUR Holding – 14.5%

Sinopec – 10%

The Silk Road Fund – 10%

SOGAZ JSC – 12.5%
