Heads up - Gazprom approved 2 programs to develop control and metering systems for the next 5 years:
1. Development Program for automated process control systems at Gazprom’s facilities approved for 2017–2021
The Program stipulates further actions for equipping gas trunklines, gas laterals, gas distribution stations and gas well clusters with up-to-date telemechanic systems. It also plans to upgrade or replace outdated automation equipment of comprehensive gas treatment units, compressor stations and gas processing plants.
2. Program of metrological support for Gazprom’s operations approved for 2017–2021
The Program is aimed at further improving the quality of metering Gazprom's gas deliveries to domestic and foreign consumers. Particularly, the document stipulates measures for upgrading, reconstructing and retrofitting gas metering stations.
